Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, if there is any changes in the processing time, it will be mentionned in the header of our website. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details (if you have selected tracked shipping at checkout).

If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact us at info@sakeenahandco.com for assistance.

Shipping Time

We aim for delivery within 5–7 business days for all orders once shipped. However, delivery times may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs clearance processes

  • Local holidays

  • Extreme weather conditions

Flat fee

To help minimize your shipping costs, we have implemented a flat shipping fee.

We've introduced a flat shipping fee to keep things simple and affordable—no surprises at checkout, just one low rate for orders below CAD $80.

We are happy to offer free shipping for orders above CAD $80.

Modifying Your Order

If you need to change your order (e.g., update your address or modify items), please contact us at info@sakeenahandco.com as soon as possible.

Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes will be possible once your order has entered the fulfillment stage.

Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address or contents. In such cases, any errors or delivery issues due to incorrect order details will be the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Delays & Refunds

Please note that we do not offer refunds for shipping delays. Shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or other third-party services are outside of our control.

If your package eventually arrives but you no longer wish to keep the item, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy. Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
